Obama is going to do what? HUH?

In recent days the President and senior White House officials have...in the presence of foreign dignitaries mind you...made fun and mocked a law passed in the state of Arizona. This new Arizona law directs that when law enforcement officers engage in a lawful stop, detention, or arrest, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to ask about a person’s legal status if reasonable suspicion exists that the person is unlawfully present in the U.S.A.  If you want to read this bill in its entirety, it is here at THIS PDF FILE LINK

At the same time, a number of senior officials, including the Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and the U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, have admitted in media interviews and congressional hearings that they either have not studied—or even read—the new Arizona law! Nor have Administration officials drawn attention to the amendments to the measure, also signed into law, which specifically prohibit using race, color, or national origin even as a factor in determining whether a reasonable suspicion exists that a person is unlawfully present in the U.S.A.  Rather, the Obama administration has chosen to inflame the debate over the Arizona law.  Hmmm.  This sounds familiar doesn't it.  Remember when we were all debating about the government bailout of GM and Chrysler, and then when we ALL TALKED ABOUT the health care reform that Pelosi, Obama, and numerous spineless congressmen levied upon this once great nation?

But first lets talk about how Obama is flip flopping again on the Arizona law.  Remember last week when Obama had Felipe Calderon, the president of Mexico, by his side?  Calderon's comments on the Arizona law and his request that Congress do something about the availability of high-powered weapons along the border drew criticism from several lawmakers saying he was interfering in U.S. internal matters. The Mexican leader also told lawmakers reluctant to take up the immigration issue this year that comprehensive immigration reform is crucial to securing the two countries' common border.

Calderon, the first foreign national leader to address Congress this year, (HUH?  MEXICO & CONGRESS???)  said he strongly disagrees with the Arizona law that requires police to question people about their immigration status if there's reason to suspect they are in the country illegally.  "It is a law that not only ignores a reality that cannot be erased by decree but also introduces a terrible idea using racial profiling as a basis for law enforcement," he said to cheers, mainly from the Democratic side of the chamber.  Oh really?  Racial profiling?  DO READ ON.

CALDERON PROTECTS THE MEXICAN BORDER FROM ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.  WHY DON'T WE IN AMERICA?  Why don't we protect ours? Let's adopt Mexico's policy. Calderon can't complain about that.  In an interview with Wolf Blitzer, Calderon revealed how terribly hypocritical he is when it comes to immigration. What he considers good for Mexico in terms of policy he considers a violation of human and civil rights if employed by the United States. Here is the transcript from the SAME DAY THAT CALDERON gave a 40 minute speech, and the liberal democrats gave him a standing ovation for talking down about the Arizona law.

This is the Wolf Blitzer (CNN) interview with Calderon...
BLITZER: So if people want to come from Guatemala or Honduras or El Salvador or Nicaragua, they want to just come into Mexico, they can just walk in?

CALDERON: No. They need to fulfill a form. They need to establish their right name. We analyze if they have not a criminal precedent. And they coming into Mexico. Actually...

BLITZER: Do Mexican police go around asking for papers of people they suspect are illegal immigrants?

CALDERON: Of course. Of course, in the border, we are asking the people, who are you?
And if they explain...

BLITZER: At the border, I understand, when they come in.

CALDERON: Yes.

BLITZER: But once they're in...

CALDERON: But not -- but not in -- if -- once they are inside the -- inside the country, what the Mexican police do is, of course, enforce the law. But by any means, immigration is a crime anymore in Mexico.

BLITZER: Immigration is not a crime, you're saying?

CALDERON: It's not a crime.

BLITZER: So in other words, if somebody sneaks in from Nicaragua or some other country in Central America, through the southern border of Mexico, they wind up in Mexico, they can go get a job...

CALDERON: No, no.

BLITZER: They can work.

CALDERON: If -- if somebody do that without permission, we send back -- we send back them.

BLITZER: You find them and you send them back?

CALDERON: Yes. However, especially with the people of Guatemala, we are providing a new system in which any single citizen from Guatemala could be able to visit any single border (INAUDIBLE) in the south. And even with all the requirements, he can or she can visit any parts of Mexico.

While the wishes of President Calderon and the Mexican government should be heard with respect and debated appropriately, OBAMA and Congress should always remember its duty is to protect the rights of American citizens, not foreign nationals.  It is fine that while Calderon gladly exercised the benefits of our First Amendment to criticize Arizona’s new immigration law as “using racial profiling as a basis for law enforcement,” he failed to offer the same criticism for the much harsher immigration laws currently on the books in Mexico.

This is what CNN's Wolf Blitzer was asking in his “Situation Room” show last Thursday.  Wolf Blitzer specifically asked President Calderon regarding what happens to illegals in Mexico with: “You find them and send them back?”

Calderon’s answer: “Yes.”

Coin it “the pot calling the kettle black,” “people in glass houses should not throw rocks,” or any other catch phrase, the truth is that Calderon’s speech was just one more example of the “do as I say, not as I do” attitude.

SO NOW COMES THE GOOD PART!  The President has announced he plans to send up to 1,200 troops to the border with Mexico, a move that prompts many questions.  Including my title of this session of this blog.  Obama is going to do what? HUH?

Sending troops to the border makes sense, when it makes sense—in other words, if it is an appropriate, effective, and efficient use of military manpower. In 2006, President Bush sent over 6,000 troops to the border to assist in the build-up of the Border Patrol. Some National Guard units routinely deploy to the border in support of state and federal authorities as part of annual training duties.  BUT 1,200 is NOT ENOUGH!   Whether this announced deployment fits into the category of makes sense is difficult to tell. There are few details available. In addition, in terms of the overall security of the border it is difficult to see how these forces would make a strategic difference. The border with Mexico is almost 2,000 miles long. The US government already has over 20,000 border patrol agents! Given that many soldiers in a military unit are support and command personnel and the unit has to operate 24 hours a day (requiring shift work), at best the deployment of 1,200 will a few hundred soldiers on the border at any one time.

The only thing that I can tell you is that this is an election year.  Enough said.  Remember in NOVEMBER!  Check it out here at REMEMBER NOVEMBER.  Let's try to get rid of the satanic forces at work against this country before the Lord returns again.  REVELATION 22:20 states it perfectly... "He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon!" Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!"

So where will the next battle be? WAR is coming people!

Hmmm, I don’t have the money to becoming a betting man, but if I did, I would be putting some money down on a pending war coming, and soon. My question to you is, where? Now when I mention war, some would argue with me on whether or not America is at war, but let me ask you this. Is America still under attack? I say YES! A few short weeks ago on a Saturday night, another Muslim attempted to kill innocent American citizens on our soil. As it turns out, this man was of Pakistani descent, had become an American citizen, was living in Shelton, Ct, had a wife and 2 children, a Facebook page, and was living the American life. The problem? He is a Muslim and ALL Muslims pledge their allegiance to their imaginary god “allah,” and follow the teachings of their fantasy book the Koran which commands that all infidels (those who refuse to convert to Islam) must die. But not all Muslims are terrorists and murderers. I get that! But the fact is there are hundreds of thousands of Muslims in this country, and most look just like the nice Muslim family next door. The hard reality is that at any moment they could engage in an act of terror and there is nothing we can do to stop it! Remember the Muslim member of our army at Ft. Hood a few months ago? On top of that, we have the most pro-Islam President in our nation’s history which has only emboldened Muslims here and abroad.

But who is next? Israel? Iran? USA? South Korea?

ISRAEL? An Israeli military official said Sunday that northern Israel has not witnessed such a calm period since Israel was founded, adding that the “IDF could be ready to fight within hours.” Israeli Defence Forces Commander of the Northern region, Brigadier Gady Eisenkott in a statement quoted by local radio, said that fears of a security escalation reflected by the media stem from the efforts “Hezbollah is known for.” He added that it was not in the interest of any of the parties involved to head into renewed clashes, affirming that the Israeli Defense Forces was able to face battle simultaneously on the Syrian, Lebanese and Gaza fronts. The statement came during Israel’s initiation of a five-day homeland missile defense exercise Turning-Point IV, the biggest military maneuver in its history, aimed at testing Israel’s capabilities for an attempted war expected to be faced by a large number of rockets on Israeli towns. Also, Israel launched its biggest air raid exercise Sunday to test its preparedness against possible missile strikes from Iranian-sponsored militant groups as international tensions rose over Tehran’s nuclear program. Skip related content Israel has called for strong economic sanctions against Iran over its nuclear plans but, in a hint of possible military action, has said all options were on the table should diplomacy fail to resolve the dispute.

IRAN? military sources report a decision by the Obama administration to boost US military strength in the Mediterranean and Persian Gulf regions in the short-term with an extra air and naval strike forces and 6,000 Marine and sea combatants. Carrier Strike Group 10, headed by the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier, sails out of the US Navy base at Norfolk, Virginia Friday, May 21. On arrival, it will raise the number of US carriers off Iranian shores to two. Up until now, President Barack Obama kept just one aircraft carrier stationed off the coast of Iran, the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower in the Arabian Sea, in pursuit of his policy of diplomatic engagement with Tehran.

SOUTH KOREA? President Barack Obama has directed the U.S. military to coordinate with South Korea to “ensure readiness” and deter future aggression from North Korea, the White House said on Monday. The United States gave strong backing to plans by South Korean President Lee Myung-bak to punish North Korea for sinking one of its naval ships, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said in a statement. The White House urged North Korea to apologize and change its behavior, he said. “We endorse President Lee’s demand that North Korea immediately apologize and punish those responsible for the attack, and, most importantly, stop its belligerent and threatening behavior,” Gibbs said. “U.S. support for South Korea’s defense is unequivocal, and the president has directed his military commanders to coordinate closely with their Republic of Korea counterparts to ensure readiness and to deter future aggression,” he said.

There are going to be more wars I believe until the 7 year peace plan is announced in Jerusalem, between Israel and all the middle east. This of course will be broken in the middle of that 7 years when Russia attacks Israel, but there will be more wars coming before that 7 year peace treaty! Remember, Jesus said this in Matthew 24:4-8 “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ’, and will deceive many. 6You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the beginning of birth pains.”

I need to address this verse in more detail, and much more. Soon.

Jesus is coming back! He is coming back to take His true church away to heaven. Are you ready? I believe that He is coming sooner than later. I want to talk about the timeline I believe that Jesus is returning next time. Have you turned your life to HIM? It is not too late! Look at this Bible verse. This will tell you how to get right with God in very easy terms. Romans 10:9-10 says “9That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”
